Smokey Stuffed Chicken Breast
Looking for something simple, quick and tasty for dinner? You don’t have to do much or go to far with this Smokey Stuffed Chicken Breast.
- 500g chicken breast (2 whole breasts)
- Salt & Pepper (Sprinkled)
- Smokey Paprika 5g (sprinkled)
- 2 strips of bacon
- Mozzarella Cheese
First salt and pepper both sides of your chicken breast, after salt and peppering sprinkle Smoked paprika over both sides.
Preheat you swiss diamond pan to a medium/high heat so the chicken sears as it hits the pan. Do each side for 5 minutes or until golden.
Preheat oven to 430 Fahrenheit.
Remove chicken from the pan and put two slices of streaky bacon into the pan to crisp up. once cooked remove from pan.
Now cut the partially cooked chicken in half horizontally across but not all the way through.
Stuff the bacon and the Mozzarella inside the chicken breast and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until cooked.
Serve with salad and enjoy.
