Made of bamboo, boards are 16-percent harder than maple, yet easy on your knives. They are naturally anti-microbial and they're eco friendly, bamboo holds the promise of a sustainable, cost effective, and ecologically responsible alternative to the widespread clear cutting of our old growth forests.
