These offset spatulas are available in three sizes: 4.5 inches, 6 inches, and 10 inches. These different sizes allow use for different-sized products. If you’re spreading icing on a large sheet of brownies, the 10” would be best. But if you’re icing a smaller cake or doing detail work like flowers, you would be best with a 6” or a 4.5”. Most bakeries prefer having two or three offset spatulas on hand so there’s always a clean one ready to use.
